5. MAIN COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS
When you purchase an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full list of item information and related commercial terms before committing to purchase it: (ii) you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you agree to purchase an item and complete the checkout process through the payment methods offered by the site
Information for goods being shipped must be complete and accurate, failure to comply with these requirements may result in return at customer's expense or delay or non-delivery without compensation from us.
The prices we charge for the use of our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. All our prices are displayed in Canadian currency,
The process of shipping the goods will be triggered when the following four (4) conditions are met:

1- Filling out the form with the buyer's personal information and the complete and exact delivery address.
2- Receipt of the payment confirmation note by the financial institution according to the payment method chosen.
3- Waiting times prescribed according to the payment method chosen in order to confirm the monetary deposit in the seller's account. The waiting times depending on the payment method chosen are as follows:

4- Absence of major causes that could prevent the carrier from delivering the goods to the buyer's locality. Are included (war, pandemic, natural disaster). In the event of one of these causes, the delivery could be delayed or the order canceled and refunded in agreement with the buyer.

Once the above conditions have been met, three (3) days are required to prepare the package for transport.
The mode of transport used is the regular mode (non-priority). Additional fees will be charged for services or options not included in the regular service. These charges must be discussed, approved and paid by the buyer before the goods are shipped.

6. ITEM RETURN POLICY AND REFUND POLICY
Despite all the care and efforts made to properly package the products according to high standards, it is possible that the products are damaged during transport. In such a case, let us know the same day and take photos of the damaged packaging before opening if the damage is particularly visible. Carefully unwrap the box containing the canvas to see if it has been damaged, if so take photos of the damage and contact us immediately for further action.
For an undamaged product, no return will be possible.

7. RISK OF LOSS
The risk of loss and theft as well as the titles of ownership are transferred to you when the article prepared and packaged is supported by the carrier.

8. RIGHT TO MODIFY OFFER RETAINED
We may, without notice, change the Services; stop providing the services or features of the services we offer; or create limits for the Services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the Services without notice or liability for any reason, or for no reason.

9. RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL A USER'S ACCOUNT
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including if, in our sole determination, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may stop using and request to cancel your Account and/or all Services at any time.
