Statement
 
 Derived from a photograph of a chair seen through a fragmented mirror, this work is composed of painted segments and fragments of real mirror glued to the surface.
 Placed in front of the canvas, the chair extends this fragmentation in space and questions our desire to take our place there and assume the associated roles and responsibilities.
